Yoghurt Jelly with Red Fruit Sauce

Dietetic, delicious, and super easy to prepare, this natural yoghurt jelly is perfect for when you want to impress and don’t have much time.

  • 1 liter plain yogurt, or light
  • 1 liter sour cream, or light
  • 1 cup sugar, or 1/2 cup of sugar substitute
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 boxes raspberries, natural
  • 2 tablespoons blackberry jam, or raspberry
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Hydrate the packets of gelatin with two tablespoons of water each.
  • Melt the gelatin over low heat until it is smooth.
  • Pour the yoghurt, cream, and sugar into a large pot and incorporate the gelatin.
  • Stir over low heat until there are no lumps or pieces of gelatin.
  • Grease a mold with Pam or a tiny bit of oil and wipe off the excess with a napkin.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Blend the washed raspberries, jam, and half a cup of water, sweetening to taste.
  • Once set, unmold the jelly and serve the sauce on top or place it on a separate plate for everyone to serve themselves.
