Dissolve the gelatin in the cup of hot water, sprinkling it in to avoid lumps; once hydrated, put it in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes liquid.
In a bowl, place the yoghurt and the already hydrated gelatin at room temperature, mix and incorporate the raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, then pour it into a mold until set.
For the strawberry coulis, blend the strawberries, sugar, orange zest, and water.
Unmold the jelly and decorate with the coulis.
