Jericaya is a typical Mexican dessert made from milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Pour into 6 individual molds and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake in a water bath for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
