226 grams butter, at room temperature
226 grams sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoons lime zest
1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Beat the butter with the sugar and eggs, then add the milk, lemon zest, and flour. Mix until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Make small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, flatten them to form the cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Remove and let cool.
