Kiwi and Strawberry Cake

  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs , smoothies
  • 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberry , slices
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease two round molds.
  • Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, incorporate the eggs one by one, add the flour and continue beating. The texture should be light but firm.
  • Add the milk and beat until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the molds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, let cool and unmold.
  • Spread half of the whipped cream on top of one cake and add half of the strawberries and kiwis.
