Kiwi Lemon Pie

  • 3 egg whites
  • 5 limes, (very green)
  • 2 kiwis, large
  • sugar , of your choice
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Take the egg whites and mix them with sugar and evaporated milk.
  • Place the juice of two lemons and add the sweetened condensed milk to the mixture.
  • Add ingredients to taste and blend two lemons with the peel.
  • Sprinkle these ingredients and the blended lemon into the mixture.
  • Once the entire mixture is complete, pour it into any mold of your choice and prepare the oven at dessert temperature.
  • Take a grater and grate the last lemon peel over the entire mixture (just the lemon peel).
  • Once the dessert is finished, cut the kiwis into julienne strips and use them to decorate our pie.
