  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla cookies, for the crust
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted, for the crust
  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the filling
  • 3 eggs, for the filling
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the filling
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the filling
  • vanilla cookies, crumbled, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a blender, add the cookies and grind for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add the cookie crumbs, melted butter, and mix. Place in a baking dish and press down to form the crust.
  • In a blender, add the cream cheese, eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and mix for 5 minutes.
  • Pour over the cheesecake base and sprinkle crumbled cookies for decoration. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath for 1 hour at 180°C.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours, give it a bath with more condensed milk, and enjoy.
