Lactose Free French Bread

Start your mornings with this healthy lactose-free French bread. It has a cover of banana and AdeS® Soya that gives it a delicious flavor. It is very easy and quick to do, they are perfect to pamper your family. It will become a favorite in your house.

  • 1 cup Ades® soy milk
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • Mash the banana with the oil until it is a puree and mix it with AdeS® Soya.
  • Briefly dip the bread in the AdeS® Soya mixture. Heat a pan and add a little Margarine, place the bread and cook it on both sides for 2 minutes.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon and pass the bread to the moment so that they are well covered. Cut the French bread into a triangle and serve immediately.
