Lactose-Free French Toast

Start your mornings with this healthy lactose-free French toast. It has a banana topping and AdeS® Soy that adds a delicious flavor. It's very easy and quick to make, perfect for treating your family. It will become a favorite in your home.

  • 1 cup Ades® soy milk
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • Mash the banana with the oil until it becomes a puree and stir it with AdeS® Soy.
  • Briefly dip the bread in the AdeS® Soy mixture. Heat a skillet and add some Margarine, place the bread and cook on both sides for 2 minutes.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon and coat the bread immediately so they are well covered. Cut the French toast into triangles and serve immediately.
