1 cup Ades® soy milk
8 slices white bread
1 banana
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Mash the banana with the oil until it becomes a puree and stir it with AdeS® Soy.
Briefly dip the bread in the AdeS® Soy mixture. Heat a skillet and add some Margarine, place the bread and cook on both sides for 2 minutes.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon and coat the bread immediately so they are well covered. Cut the French toast into triangles and serve immediately.
