1 1/2 cups water of roses
400 grams lime gelatin
2 cups water of roses, fried, divided amount
1 cup ice cubes, cubes
1 cucumber, large, peeled
1/4 tablespoons chile powder

Add the hot water to the gelatins in a medium bowl; stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Incorporate 1 1/2 cups of cold water.
Refrigerate the gelatin, stirring every 15 minutes, for 45 minutes or until it thickens.
Add the remaining cold water to the ice in a separate medium bowl.
Use a vegetable peeler to slice 6 thin strips along the cucumber; place them in ice water.
Remove the seeds from the remaining cucumber and grate it; blend it and incorporate it into the gelatin.
Pour the gelatin into a 9x5 inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
Unmold onto a plate just before serving. Garnish with cucumber slices and ground chili.
