1/2 cups lemon juice
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
200 grams yogurt, natural
1 cup sugar
8 eggs
1 lime zest
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/2 cups vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
Prepare a pancake mold (greasing and flouring or with non-stick paper).
Combine in a large bowl the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Beat well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Slowly add the flour, beating between each ingredient incorporated.
Once the mixture is finished, place it in the mold.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a clean wooden stick comes out without batter.
Let cool and unmold.
