In a deep mold, place the can of evaporated milk and the other can of condensed milk. Blend with a mixer on low speed.
Then gradually add the juice while increasing the mixer speed, incorporating the lemon juice in 2 parts until you obtain a custard-like mixture.
Finally, in a baking dish, place a layer of cookies and a layer of the lemon mixture, and continue this pattern until the mold is full. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve decorated with lemon slices.
