Lemon Pie with Sweet Cookies

Indulge yourself with a fresh and delicious lemon pie that, in addition to being very simple to prepare, is delightful, as the mixture is made with the tangy Holanda® lemon sorbet that gives a twist to the recipe. It has layers of vanilla cookies and a lemon filling that you will love.

  • 90 grams Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 30 cookies, sweet, crushed
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups jocoque, natural
  • 2 cups snow lemon Holland®

  • Melt the Margarina Primavera® Cocina sin Sal and mix it with the cookies.
  • Cover the bottom of a pie dish with the previous mixture and refrigerate until it sets.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the lemon juice and wait for it to set into a gel consistency. Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds or until it is liquid.
  • Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, jocoque, and Holanda® lemon sorbet.
  • Without stopping the blender, gradually pour in the gelatin until incorporated. Add the cookies and refrigerate until set. Serve.
  • Pour the mixture over the cookie base in the mold and refrigerate until set. Serve.
