1 tablespoon artificial sweetener, cooking-safe liquid
lime zest, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Place vanilla, sugar substitute, lemon zest, baking powder, and eggs in a bowl.
Beat until reaching a nougat consistency.
Sprinkle in the powdered milk and gently fold in using a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 24-centimeter mold. Place in the oven at moderate temperature.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
