Light Pineapple Gelatin with Fruit and Mint

  • 1 box D´Gari® light pineapple gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup peach, in slices 1 cup peach, in slices

  • 1 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup peppermint

  • Place the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the contents of the packets into half of the cold water and dissolve with a whisk. Heat the other half of the water in a bowl for 2 minutes in the microwave and gradually add it to the previous mixture while stirring.
  • Remove the mold from the freezer and add the pineapple gelatin, then add the mixed fruit and mint leaves, place the mold in the refrigerator and let it set for the necessary time.
  • Unmold and serve.
