Light Strawberry-Cherry Gelatin with Hibiscus and Blueberries

  • 1/2 liters water, for the strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 envelopes D´Gari ® light water gelatin strawberry-cherry flavor, for the strawberry gelatin
  • 1/4 cups strawberry , for the water gelatin (cut into thin slices)
  • 1/4 cups cherry , for the strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 liters water, for the hibiscus gelatin
  • 1/2 envelopes D'Gari® light water gelatin strawberry flavor, for the hibiscus gelatin
  • 1/4 cups cranberries

  • Prepare ½ package of D´Gari ® Light Strawberry-Cherry Water Gelatin according to package instructions.
  • On a flower mold, add strawberries and cherries in the center to form the petals and the center of the flower. Cover with gelatin until halfway up the mold, refrigerate until set.
  • For the hibiscus and strawberry gelatin, heat the water until boiling and remove from heat. Add the hibiscus and let infuse for 5 minutes, strain, and add the rest of the D´Gari® Light Strawberry Water Gelatin and dissolve. Cool slightly.
  • Pour the previous preparation over the strawberry-cherry gelatin, add the blueberries, and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and enjoy.
