1 liter cow's milk
4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 can canned peaches

The eggshells are cleaned, leaving only a small hole at the top.
Heat the milk with the sugar without boiling in a small pot.
Remove from heat and pour in the dissolved gelatin in a cup of cold water and dissolved in a water bath. Mix everything.
Pour into the shells leaving space, refrigerate until partially set, and at the end place a small piece of peach to simulate the yolk.
Refrigerate until fully set.
