75 grams sugar
150 grams cornstarch
100 grams flour
2 egg yolks
2 grams baking soda
lime zest, or orange
dulce de leche
shredded coconut

In a bowl, beat the margarine with the sugar until creamy.
Add the egg yolks and keep beating.
Finally, add the dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, and baking soda.
Form the dough and work it until smooth.
Roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of 5 cm. Cut out circles and bake at 180°C for 7 minutes.
Glue the tops together with dulce de leche and roll in shredded coconut.
