1 mamey, large
1 1/2 cups cow's milk
1 1/3 cups almonds, peeled
1 can milkmaid
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

The mamey is blended with sweetened condensed milk in the blender.
Separately, grind the almonds with the natural milk and then mix with the mamey.
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water using a double boiler.
Stir everything together, and if it needs more sweetness, add a little more sweetened condensed milk.
