  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 1/2 cups mango purée
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • whipped cream
  • candied pecans

  • Mix the granola and butter. Set aside.
  • Pour into a ring or cake base and compact to create the base. Set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese with the whipped cream, condensed milk, and mango puree until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Pour in while continuing to beat, then lower the speed and incorporate the gelatin in a thin stream. Set aside.
  • Pour over the granola base and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Unmold and set aside.
  • Decorate the pie with whipped cream.
