  • 1 box Tres Estrellas® French Vanilla Flavored Cake Flour
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil , for the cake
  • 3 eggs , for the cake
  • 1 cup water, for the cake
  • 1 cup marigold petals, for the syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups water, for the syrup
  • 1/2 cups sugar , for the syrup
  • ´1 cinnamon sticks, for the syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest, for the syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups whipping cream , for the frosting
  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the frosting
  • 3/4 cups icing sugar, for the frosting

  • Beat the Tres Estrellas® Vanilla Cake Flour, egg, vegetable oil, and water until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the cake mix into a previously floured and greased mold. Bake at 160°C for 40 minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
  • For the syrup: heat the water and add the marigold petals and cinnamon. Let it simmer on low heat and then add the sugar and orange zest. Set aside.
  • For the frosting: beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipping cream. Set aside.
  • Poke the cake and soak with the marigold syrup.
  • Spread half with frosting and add marigold petals. Cover the entire cake with frosting.
  • Decorate the marigold cake with orange slices and marigold petals.
