Marshmallow Cluster

  • Pam® butter, canola oil with butter flavor spray
  • 180 grams marshmallow
  • 360 grams corn flakes, sugar-free
  • 50 grams white chocolate
  • 1 drop blue food coloring
  • 1 drop red food coloring

  • Spray a skillet with 3 shots of PAM® Butter, add the marshmallows and melt over very low heat, then add the corn flakes and fold gently.
  • Spray a container with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and pour in the mixture, pressing it down slightly with your hand, and let it cool.
  • Separately, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and divide it into two portions, adding a drop of color to each to achieve a pastel pink and blue tone.
  • Cut the cooled clusters into medium squares and drizzle them with the two chocolate sauces.
