2 tablespoons edible glycerin

In a bowl over a double boiler, melt the marshmallows completely.
In another bowl, we put the powdered sugar and add the melted marshmallows.
We incorporate everything gently until it forms a sort of dough. We add the glycerin and keep mixing. NOTE: it is very sticky.
Add the color of your choice (be careful because it can be very intense).
Roll it out to your liking to form shapes or to cover a cake.
