Marshmallow Fondant

This Marshmallow Fondant recipe is easy, quick, and you can make it in the color of your choice to decorate cakes and cupcakes.

  • food coloring
  • 2 packages marshmallow
  • 500 grams icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons edible glycerin

  • In a bowl over a double boiler, melt the marshmallows completely.
  • In another bowl, we put the powdered sugar and add the melted marshmallows.
  • We incorporate everything gently until it forms a sort of dough. We add the glycerin and keep mixing. NOTE: it is very sticky.
  • Add the color of your choice (be careful because it can be very intense).
  • Roll it out to your liking to form shapes or to cover a cake.
