Marzipan and Chocolate Log

125 grams mazapán
50 grams semisweet chocolate
50 grams icing sugar
1 egg white

In a deep bowl, mix the marzipan with the powdered sugar. Add 1/2 egg white and knead well. Let it cool for 30 minutes.
Take the marzipan and shape it into a long log on a sheet of plastic. Leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
Using a chocolate spatula, cover the marzipan log with chocolate. You can cover one side first, and when it is dry, cover the other side.
Put it back in plastic and store it in the refrigerator.
