Beat San Juan® Egg Whites in a mixer at medium speed and increase the speed until they reach soft peaks; at this point, add the refined sugar gradually while continuing to beat.
Stop beating and gently fold in the powdered sugar.
Place a silicone paper on a baking sheet and pipe kisses using a pastry bag and a star tip.
Bake for approximately 90 minutes at a temperature of 100° C.
Check that they are dry on the inside.
