  • Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  • Beat the egg whites using the balloon, adding the sugar little by little while stirring. Add the lemon zest. Beat until peaks form and the mixture is firm.
  • With a lightly greased spoon take a little meringue and place it on a tray with waxed paper. Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
  • Bake the meringues for 15 minutes or until they are lightly browned and easily peel off the waxed paper.
