Beat the egg whites until frothy. Add the sugar while continuing to beat.
Gently fold in the powdered sugar. Completely incorporate the ingredients. If you want multiple colors, divide the meringue into the colors you desire.
Place the mixture in a piping bag; if using multiple colors, place each in a different piping bag.
Using the piping tip of your choice, form small meringues on a non-stick baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meringues at 100 °C for 2 hours or until crispy. Let them cool and serve.
