Mini Nut Tarts with Fruit

This is the perfect combination for a delicious dish: Nutella®, nuts, and red fruits in crunchy mini tarts that you won't be able to resist trying. Ideal for sharing with your family and friends.

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cups butter, fry
  • 1 tablespoon water, fry
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®, 15 g
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • peppermint

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, salt, add the egg and butter, and mix until combined. Knead until you have a smooth and flexible dough. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, vanilla, chopped nuts, and salt.
  • Make small balls with the dough and use your fingers to form the tarts in the cupcake molds. Prick the dough with a fork and fill with the nut mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Let cool.
  • Spread with Nutella® and decorate with red fruits and mint.
