In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, salt, add the egg and butter, and mix until combined. Knead until you have a smooth and flexible dough. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, vanilla, chopped nuts, and salt.
Make small balls with the dough and use your fingers to form the tarts in the cupcake molds. Prick the dough with a fork and fill with the nut mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Let cool.
Spread with Nutella® and decorate with red fruits and mint.
