The good thing about the recipe is that it can be modified and you can use almost any type of cookie and flavor (I recommend using those with cream). Here you can see another option for Oreo truffles.
Process or blend the cookies (cream included) until they turn into powder. Using a spoon, mix them with cream cheese at room temperature.
With your hands, form balls of dough in 3 sizes, place one on top of the other, and insert a wooden stick in the middle to hold them together.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals (stirring with a spoon between each) and add the oil. Mix until smooth.
Dip each little man in the white chocolate mixture, place it on wax paper or a plastic bag, and slowly remove the wooden stick. If any part is left without visible chocolate, cover it with more chocolate. Avoid leaving a puddle of chocolate at the bottom of the little men, as it will look like snow.
Melt the milk/bitter chocolate and, using a stick, create the eyes, mouth, and buttons. Stick the orange candy with a bit of white chocolate. Braid or intertwine the red and white thread to form a scarf, tying it around its neck carefully to avoid choking.
