This mixed fruit tart recipe is very versatile as you can use your favorite variety of fruit. It's easy to prepare and with these different fruits, it has a lot of color that will make it look spectacular.
Roll out the base on a lightly greased baking sheet; fold the dough over the edge. Prick the dough with a fork. Bake for 15 min. or until golden brown. Remove from the oven; cool completely on a rack.
Beat the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add the topping and mix well. Spread this over the base.
Arrange the fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with sugar. Cut into wedges to serve. Refrigerate any leftover tart.
