  • 4.4 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 7 ounces flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 3.5 ounces brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3.5 ounces unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5.3 ounces apple purée

  • Combine all dry and liquid ingredients in separate containers.
  • Mix the two sets of ingredients until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  • Pour the mixture into a muffin pan with liners.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 390ºF for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
