4.4 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
7 ounces flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 pinch nutmeg powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
3.5 ounces brown sugar
1 egg
3.5 ounces unsalted butter , melted
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5.3 ounces apple purée
Preparation

Combine all dry and liquid ingredients in separate containers.
Mix the two sets of ingredients until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Pour the mixture into a muffin pan with liners.
Bake in the preheated oven at 390ºF for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
