Apple Muffins Cuchi Cuchi
Nayeli Sarmiento López
Very delicious muffins, with several options for eating (there's no accounting for taste). Great for decorating with kids or friends (so everyone can prepare their own to their liking).

Servings
250 grams flour
100 milliliters evaporated milk
100 milliliters water
65 grams honey
40 grams sugar
15 milliliters oil , (preferably sunflower, but any frying oil you have is fine)
10 grams baking powder
3 eggs
2 apples, (I used green ones this time, but red ones are also delicious)
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation

Low
Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Beat the eggs (don’t forget to put each egg first in a separate container to check that they are good) and the sugar until well combined.
Add the honey, salt (yes, salt ;-) it’s to enhance the flavors) and cinnamon. Mix well.
Sift the flour and baking powder together.
Incorporate the milk and flour alternately into the mixture until well integrated.
Peel and cut the apple into not too small cubes and add it to the mixture, beat just a little to incorporate.
Place cupcake liners in the molds and then add the mixture; I recommend doing it with an ice cream scoop... it’s very easy that way.
Leave in the oven for 25 minutes, then check if they are cooked and take them out to cool.
