Blueberries Muffin

Delicious recipe for blueberries muffins, ideal to accompany with a delicious cappuccino.

  • 600 grams flour
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 36 grams baking powder
  • 7 grams salt
  • 120 grams egg
  • 475 grams cow's milk
  • 180 grams unsalted butter
  • 240 grams blueberry

  • Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  • In a mixer: 1. Cream together sugar and butter. 2. Add the eggs one by one, salt, flour, baking powder, milk.
  • After mixing well. 3. Add the blueberries.
  • Pour into the cupcake liners, filling them ¾ full. 5. Top with streusel for a little extra.
  • Place the cupcake liners in muffin trays and bake at 190ºC for 40 minutes.
