180 grams sugar
36 grams baking powder

120 grams egg
475 grams cow's milk
180 grams unsalted butter
240 grams blueberry

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
In a mixer: 1. Cream together sugar and butter. 2. Add the eggs one by one, salt, flour, baking powder, milk.
After mixing well. 3. Add the blueberries.
Pour into the cupcake liners, filling them ¾ full. 5. Top with streusel for a little extra.
Place the cupcake liners in muffin trays and bake at 190ºC for 40 minutes.
