Chewy Peanut Butter Muffin

My kids are fans of peanut butter; they spread it on everything, and I thought of including this ingredient in a recipe, and to make the flavor more intense, I added a special touch with Snickers.

  • 60 grams peanut butter
  • 86 grams chocolate, Snicker
  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 90 grams unsalted butter , softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 170 milliliters cow's milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Melt half of the chocolate with half of the butter, add half of the milk so that when you remove it from the heat, the mixture doesn't harden. Set aside.
  • Grease and flour the muffin molds.
  • Beat the eggs, add the rest of the butter and peanut butter with the sugar, and mix.
  • Add the milk alternating with the flour and baking powder, making sure to end with flour. Beat until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add the reserved melted chocolate and mix until homogeneous.
  • Pour the mixture into the previously prepared molds and place a piece of the remaining chocolate on each one.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
