My eldest son loves cheese, and for his birthday, I’m preparing something very special. I came up with this bread using his favorite ingredients: cheese and chocolate.

190 grams cream cheese
1 package oreo-type cookie , 72 grams.
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
60 grams sugar
250 grams flour
1 egg
60 milliliters cow's milk
90 grams unsalted butter
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Open the cookies, remove the creamy filling, and crush them. Reserve the filling.
Grease and flour the muffin molds.
Beat the Philadelphia cream cheese with the butter for 3 minutes.
Add the sugar, the egg, and beat well.
Add the milk and the flour alternately with the baking powder, making sure to finish with flour.
Add the crushed cookie and mix with a spatula until combined.
Pour the reserved cookie filling into the prepared molds, place it on top of the mixture as decoration, and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
