Chocolate Muffins

This muffin recipe has been the best for me, as they not only taste delicious but also look very nice thanks to the batter. It has been a grandma's recipe and is suitable for any occasion; you always impress.

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 sticks butter, for the frosting
  • 1/2 cups cocoa, for the frosting
  • 2 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the frosting
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, warm, for the frosting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the frosting
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Beat together sugar and butter until creamy.
  • Add 3 whole eggs and mix, then add the milk and the dry ingredients alternately.
  • Beat everything and bake for about 1/2 hour.
