Succulent muffins with three types of chocolate: dark, milk, and white. Ideal for breakfast, as a dessert for lunch, or as a snack, because they are delicious, easy, and quick to make.
Preheat the oven to 200° C. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
Beat the butter, and once creamy, add the eggs and sugar.
Once there are no lumps, add the dark chocolate in pieces or cubes.
Pour the mixture into the lined muffin cups, a little above halfway (approximately 3/4 full) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Once well baked, remove from the oven and let cool. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (in 10-second intervals).
Once the muffins are cool and the white chocolate is melted, place it in a bag, cut one of the corners, and decorate the muffins.
