  • To start preparing this Oreo muffin recipe, we will take a large bowl and sift the flour into it, then add the baking powder and sugar. We will stir a little to mix those ingredients, and set it aside. In another bowl, we will put the milk, liquid cream, slightly melted butter, and the egg, and we will whisk them together well.
  • We will start adding the dry ingredient mixture to the other mixture gradually, stirring well each time we add a portion. We will repeat this process until everything is completely mixed, with no lumps, forming a smooth batter. If you use a mixer with whisks, it will be easier to do and the final result will be better.
  • We will preheat the oven to 200ºC, so that by the time we finish making the recipe, it reaches that temperature for baking the muffins. Once it's on, we will take the Oreo cookies and chop them into small pieces, which we will then add to the previous batter, stirring to distribute them well.
  • We will fill the molds two-thirds full with the prepared batter and place them in the oven for about 20 minutes. After that time, we just need to check that the inside of the muffins is cooked through and not raw. To check, poke them and see if the skewer comes out with remnants of batter, which means they need a few more minutes of baking.
  • When they are fully cooked inside and out, we will take them out of the oven, remove them from the molds, and let them cool at room temperature. Now we just have to wait for them to cool down to serve and enjoy these delicious Oreo muffins.
