The sublime chocolate muffin is ideal for chocolate lovers. Bake these delicious cupcakes; they are a great way to show your feelings to your loved ones.
Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Set them aside.
Beat the egg with the sugar and vegetable oil until the sugar has dissolved.
Gradually incorporate the flour mixture, alternating with the milk and the whipping cream.
Pour a little of the mixture into cupcake liners, filling 1/4 of the mold and placing chocolate chips in the center. Add a bit more batter until filling 3/4 of the mold.
Bake at 200ºC for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 180ºC and cook for 15 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
To decorate, in a deep bowl, pour the cream cheese and half of the powdered sugar. Mix with a whisk.
Add the cajeta essence and mix again. If the consistency is not as desired, add a little more powdered sugar.
Decorate using a piping bag to create a rosette on top, previously filling it with the mixture made from powdered sugar and cream cheese.
