190 grams flour , sifted
2 tablespoons baking powder
90 grams unsalted butter , softened
2 eggs
90 grams sugar
125 milliliters cow's milk
50 grams apple purée
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Grease and flour the muffin molds.
Beat the eggs, add the softened butter and superfine sugar until you obtain a fluffy mixture.
Add the flour and cinnamon alternately with the milk, making sure to finish with flour. Beat for 3 minutes.
Add the apple puree and mix thoroughly.
Pour into the prepared molds and bake for 20 minutes until golden or firm to the touch.
