Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Cut the peaches into long pieces and set aside.
Beat the 1 1/2 stick of butter with the 3/4 cup of sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
Mix the 250g of flour and baking powder and gradually add this to the previous mixture, folding gently.
Place the cupcake liners in the muffin molds and fill with the mixture to 3/4 of their capacity. Insert one or two strips of peach inside.
For the crunch, place the sifted flour, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until crumbly.
Place the crunch on top of the muffin mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
