Delicious Blueberry Muffins with Almond

  • 2 cups flour
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 5 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 50 grams almonds, slice
  • 100 grams cranberries, dry
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk
  • 50 grams sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the butter together with the egg and vanilla until well combined. Incorporate the 250 gr of sugar.
  • Gradually add the milk along with the sifted flour and baking powder, trying to avoid lumps (mix for 5 minutes) and then add the almond to the mixture.
  • Once the mixture is obtained, fill the molds 3/4 full and sprinkle with sugar (the 50 gr) and the dried blueberries to form a sugar crust on each muffin.
  • Bake for approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
