A delicious recipe that I prepare for a special occasion or simply to enjoy a little craving, as it is very easy to make with ingredients that we usually have at home and that I enjoy with my family and friends.
Melt a little butter, or have it at room temperature.
Chop the walnuts and mash the bananas.
In a bowl, add the sifted dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Then add the butter, eggs, and vanilla, and mix with a mixer; once well combined, add the banana and yogurt and beat again until everything is well incorporated.
At the end, add the oats and the walnuts and mix with a spatula or a spoon.
Prepare the molds with the liners.
And bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
