Grandma's Muffin

It is a recipe made with love, passed down from generation to generation. My family loves it, as it reminds us of beautiful moments, especially when we gathered in the kitchen waiting for Grandma to have them ready. They are DELICIOUS.

  • 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs 5 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups walnuts 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cups coconut

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • In the blender, mix: flour, oil, sugar, and eggs, blend until well combined.
  • Grease the molds and fill the mixture halfway.
  • Sprinkle with coconut and walnut.
  • Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • Insert a toothpick until it comes out clean and remove from the oven.
  • Drizzle with evaporated milk and condensed milk.
