Nut Cupcakes

This is a delicious cupcake recipe that is not too sweet, so it can be enjoyed by both kids and adults.

  • 2 cups nut
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 11/2 sticks unsalted butter , 90 g each

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Beat the butter with the sugar. Integrate the eggs one at a time. Add all the other ingredients.
  • Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into cupcake molds. Bake for 20 minutes. Let them cool for 30 minutes and decorate.
