Oat and Walnut Muffins

These muffins are very healthy as they contain a high fiber content that will improve your digestion and will make you feel satisfied with just one. They are ideal to consume at breakfast or in the afternoon to satisfy your appetite in a delicious way.

  • 1 kilo oats
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups wheat sprouts
  • 1/2 cups nut , chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups soybean oil
  • 1 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoons nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 cups raisins

  • In a bowl, put oats, flour, sugar, wheat germ, nutmeg, chopped walnuts, raisins.
  • Beat the eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla in a mixer. Just to combine the ingredients well.
  • Combine the two mixtures using your hands; it should have a thick consistency.
  • Prepare the muffin molds with their liners, and then proceed to fill them with the mixture, filling the entire mold. Decorate with walnuts on top of the muffin.
