This recipe is for making with kids from one to four years old; it was made by the little ones in my kindergarten, and it was a super interesting and easy morning to do with all the children.
Beat the butter and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time and mix gently.
Add ¼ cup of sugar after each egg and mix thoroughly. Place the baking powder and salt in the liquid and then add them to the mixture. Add the flour and chocolate chunks.
Preheat the oven to 250ºC for the mini muffins until the ready light is on.
Grease the oven and pour the mixture into the compartments.
