60 grams unsalted butter
120 grams sugar
2 eggs
150 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
50 milliliters cow's milk
30 milliliters coffee liqueur
200 grams mascarpone cheese, for the topping
1/4 liters cream , for the topping
sugar , to taste for the topping
cocoa powder, for decoration, for the topping

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Incorporate the eggs one by one and beat well.
Add the vanilla and instant coffee, beat well until everything is combined.
Add the flour, milk, and coffee liqueur in two parts and beat until a homogeneous batter forms.
Place the batter in muffin molds and bake at 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes. When ready, remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.
Topping: Beat the sugar and cheese until creamy, then pour in the cream and beat until fluffy.
