Nectarines with Feta Cheese and Cardamom

These nectarines with feta cheese and cardamom are the delicious dessert your barbecue needed. This recipe for nectarines is very simple, as you only have to cut them in half, grill them, and then add the mixture of feta cheese, honey, and cardamom to achieve the ideal combination.

  • 6 nectarine, firm
  • 45 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • Prepare your Weber® grill for direct medium heat (350° - 450 °F or 175° - 232 °C).
  • Cut the nectarines in half, remove the pit, and brush them with butter.
  • In a bowl, mix the cheese, honey, and cardamom. Set aside.
  • Place the nectarines on your grill with the flat side down and cook over medium direct heat for 8 minutes or until they have grill marks. Turn them only once.
  • Remove the nectarines from the grill and place a bit of the cheese mixture in the center. Serve warm.
