Nectarines with Feta Cheese and Cardamom

  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • Prepare your Weber® grill for direct medium heat (350 ° - 450 ° F or 175 ° - 232 ° C).
  • Cut the nectarines in half, remove the bone and varnish them with butter.
  • In a bowl, mix the cheese, honey and cardamom. Reservation.
  • Place the nectarines on your grill with the flat side down and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until they have marks. Turn them only once.
