Mix the egg yolks and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk
Put in a pot over heat the milk (2 cups) with the sugar, vanilla, and chocolate. Add the previous mixture until it boils. Let it cool.
Beat the butter and add the previous mixture.
In a container, place the first layer of cookies, use a spoon to soak the cookie in milk, then add the chocolate cream on top, make several layers repeating the same procedure, and finally leave a layer of soaked cookies.
Whip the cream, chocolate, and powdered sugar until peaks form.
Place the next mixture on top of the cookies until covered. Decorate with grated white chocolate and strawberries.
